Hello, my name is Maguire Neblett

I have been a commercial photographer in Richmond for the last 10 years. 

In 2005, my mother and I found this great old building and decided to purchase it together. I needed a studio and renting was a waste. We knew nothing about contracting, the politics of city hall, commercial property owners, or renovations involving the Richmond Historic Society. 

So, we established Studio 418, LLC
